Delivery Information

Orders placed before 11:00am will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).*

Please note: larger shipments exceeding an average weight of 2lb may incur additional delivery charges.

Returns Policy

If an issue cannot be resolved through our online technical support or by contacting our technical support team, the following steps apply:

  1. Request an RMA number by calling your local sales office or emailing returns@panelpilot.com

  2. Specify whether you require a replacement or credit and include an overview of the fault.

  3. Once an RMA number is issued, return the goods to the address provided, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Conditions of Return

  • All products carry a 12-month warranty from purchase with PanelPilot.
  • A fault analysis (email or printed copy) must accompany returns with reference to the RMA number.
  • Credits or replacements are offered where a manufacturer fault is found.
  • Unopened stock may be credited if purchased in error.
  • Customer or shipping-related damage is not covered.
  • If no fault is found, the product will be returned to the customer.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 90 days.
  • Typical turnaround for inspection or repair is 1–2 weeks.

Returns & Consumer Rights

Your rights as an EU consumer to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Please note this directive excludes business-to-business transactions, which are covered by our standard Conditions of Sale.

As a consumer, you may cancel your order and return goods within 7 working days for a full refund (delivery costs excluded). To arrange this, please contact us by email or telephone and provide your order number.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so we recommend using postal insurance. Returned goods must be in saleable condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

These terms apply to your order and may change at any time. None of these conditions affect your legal rights.
